RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.
Hygiene Exception (Art. 16(e) – EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
XtremPro™ products are hygiene items delivered in factory-sealed packaging. The right of withdrawal applies only if the original seal is intact and the product has never been used. Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
To exercise your right, contact us at info@shaverproshop.com before the 14-day period expires. Do not return any product before receiving our written approval.
2. 12-Month Warranty – Defective Products
All XtremPro™ shavers are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including free repair or replacement. Warranty claims do not require the product to be unused.
3. Return Process
- Contact info@shaverproshop.com within 14 days of receipt
- Await our written approval and return address
- Ship the product (return shipping at your cost)
- Refund issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery costs are reimbursed except for any premium shipping surcharge chosen by the customer.
5. Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable but covered by the 12-month warranty if defective.
