REFUND & RETURN POLICY

SECTION A — EU CUSTOMERS: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Applicable exclusively to customers located in the European Union

A.1 — Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you physically receive your order, without giving any reason.
A.2 — How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by:
• Using the "Request Withdrawal" button available on our website, OR
• Contacting us directly at info@shaverproshop.com with your full name and order reference number.
We will send you an email confirmation of your withdrawal request within 24 hours.
A.3 — IMPORTANT: Hygiene Exemption — Applies to XtremPro™ Products
In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
The XtremPro™ electric head shaver, replacement blades, and all grooming accessories are delivered in factory-sealed packaging. Because these products come into direct contact with the scalp and skin, they cannot be resold for hygiene and health protection reasons once opened.
The right of withdrawal applies ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The product is returned in its original, factory-sealed, and unopened packaging
• The product is completely unused
• The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt
Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used in any way, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, regardless of the reason.
A.4 — Return Shipping (EU Withdrawals)
Return shipping costs for valid withdrawal requests are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
A.5 — Reimbursement (EU Withdrawals)
If your withdrawal request is valid and the returned product meets all conditions stated in A.3:
• We will reimburse the product price and standard delivery costs (excluding any premium or express shipping surcharge chosen by the customer)
• Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method

SECTION B — ALL CUSTOMERS: GENERAL RETURN POLICY

B.1 — 14-Day Return Period & Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product. To be eligible, your item must:
• Be unused or, if briefly tested, returned in a perfectly clean and hygienic condition
• Be complete with all accessories, attachments, and original packaging
• Show no signs of damage, misuse, or modification
Any product not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day window.
Note: "Satisfaction Guarantee" refers exclusively to this policy — 14-day returns for items that are complete, clean, unused, and in resalable condition, with return shipping paid by the customer.
B.2 — Defective Products & 12-Month Warranty
Any XtremPro™ product showing a manufacturing defect or malfunction is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Coverage includes:
• Free repair
• Replacement with a new identical product
• Exchange
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions (including blade replacement every 6 months).
Defective products are not eligible for a cash refund unless the return is initiated within the 14-day return period and the product meets the resalable condition requirements in B.1.
B.3 — How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer service at info@shaverproshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Provide proof of defect or damage (photo or video) if applicable.
3. Ship the product to: 90 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, replacement, or refund and notify you by email.
B.4 — Return Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• If a replacement is approved under warranty, the new product will be shipped at our expense
• For items valued over $35 / €35, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
B.5 — Refund Processing
• After receipt and inspection, we will notify you by email of our decision
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• If rejected, we will explain the reason in writing
B.6 — Sale Items
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
• Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged if found to be defective under the 12-month warranty
B.7 — Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified
