As a company based in the United States, our delivery times within the US are the fastest in our shipping network.

Shipping risk & damaged packages

For our customers residing in the European Union, in accordance with Article 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with THE SHAVERPRO SHOP until the customer takes physical possession of the parcel. We apply this same standard of protection as a matter of company policy for customers everywhere, regardless of location.

Received a damaged package? See our replacement and full refund policy, resolved within 24 hours — no return shipping cost will be charged to you in this case, no matter where you are located.
