Your right of withdrawal

Section 01
Your legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the applicable rules of European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days, without giving any reason — subject to the hygiene exception described below.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Hygiene Exception (XtremPro™ products)
Pursuant to Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items or whose protective seal has been broken for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
The XtremPro™ electric shaver, replacement blades, and all grooming accessories are delivered in factory-sealed packaging. As these products are intended for direct use on the scalp and skin, they cannot be accepted for return once their seal has been broken or any use has occurred, for compelling reasons of hygiene and health protection.
The right of withdrawal only applies if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is returned in its original, factory-sealed, unopened packaging
- The product is completely new and has never been used
- The withdrawal request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item
- Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal is forfeited, regardless of the reason
- Opened or used hygiene items are excluded from any refund

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.
Fill out the form below and submit it before the 14-day period expires.
A confirmation email is automatically sent to you upon receipt of your withdrawal request.
We verify that your request meets the hygiene conditions and notify you by email. Do not ship the product until you receive our written approval.
Once our approval is confirmed, you will receive the return address. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the period expires.
Section 04
Effects of withdrawal
Refunds are issued strictly on the condition that the returned goods meet the hygiene and condition requirements described above. Products not returned in their original sealed packaging, that have been used, or that are not in perfect original condition are excluded from any refund under the right of withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions set out above, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and verified their compliance with the hygiene conditions.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
