Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days from the date of your order, to all destinations including the United States. Order processing (24 to 48 business hours) is included in that estimate.

These are estimates, and carrier or customs delays can occur. For customers in the EU, we deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. You see the total before you confirm your order.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, email info@shaverproshop.com with your order number.

Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
  • No customs fees charged to you: United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada.
  • Paid by the customer: all other destinations, including Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and collected by the carrier or customs authority.

Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal, and we do not store your full card details.

Returns, refunds and warranty

What is the return policy?

Every customer can return an order within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided the product is:

  • complete, with all accessories and documentation;
  • clean, and used no more than briefly to try it;
  • returned in an undamaged box.

Return shipping is at your expense. Products with a crossed-out price follow the same rules. See the Refund and Warranty Policy for the full text.

I live in the EU. Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. EU/EEA consumers may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Notify us by email or with the model form on our Right of Withdrawal page. You do not need our approval before shipping the product back, and you have 14 days from your notification to send it.

Refund timing

We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of shipment. You bear the direct cost of returning it.

How do I return a product?
  • Email info@shaverproshop.com with your order number.
  • We reply within 24 hours (business days) with the return instructions and address.
  • Pack the product securely and ship it with a tracked service. Keep your proof of shipment.

Returns go to: Home 2 Home Web LLC, 509 S 21st Ave, Hollywood, FL 33319, USA.

When will I receive my refund?

For returns, we refund the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the product. For EU withdrawals, the 14 days run from your notification, as explained above.

What if my product is defective?

Email info@shaverproshop.com with your order number and a description or photos of the problem. Return shipping for a defective product is paid by us.

  • EU/EEA: repair or replacement first. If that is impossible, fails or takes unreasonably long, you are entitled to a refund or a price reduction.
  • Elsewhere: we replace the product at no cost to you.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. We replace the product, or refund it if no replacement is available, and we pay the return shipping. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the parcel is delivered to you.

Damage after delivery

Damage caused by misuse or drops is not covered. If you return a product damaged in that way, return shipping is at your expense.

How long is the warranty?
  • EU/EEA: 24 months from delivery (legal guarantee of conformity).
  • Everywhere else: 12 months from delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights are never affected.

Do I lose my warranty if I do not replace the blades?

No. Blades are consumable parts that should be replaced every 6 months, and their normal wear is not covered. Not replacing them on schedule never removes your rights if your shaver has a genuine defect.

The XtremPro

Is the XtremPro waterproof?

The XtremPro is rated IPX6, which means it is protected against powerful water jets. You can use it in the shower and rinse it under running water. It is not designed to be submerged, so do not soak it.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?

Up to 90 minutes per charge, or about 30 shaves. A full recharge takes about 2 hours with a USB cable (wall adapter, laptop or power bank).

Lithium batteries are generally allowed in carry-on luggage and not in checked bags. Check your airline’s rules before you fly.

Does the XtremPro work on thick or coarse hair?

Yes. The 8 Japanese stainless steel blades cut thick, coarse or curly hair without pulling or snagging. For regrowth over ¼ inch, use the trimmer guide from the kit first.

Can I use the same shaver for my head and face?

Yes. The XtremPro’s floating rotary heads follow skull curves and facial contours. Using a face-only shaver on the head is a common mistake, because it needs more passes and increases irritation.

Can I use shaving cream or gel with the XtremPro?

Yes. The XtremPro handles wet and dry shaving. An alcohol-free gel or foam adds a protective layer between blades and skin, which helps beginners and people with sensitive skin.

Is the XtremPro suitable for sensitive skin?

It is designed with SkinProtect™ technology to reduce irritation. Good preparation and light pressure matter as much as the tool, so see the technique answers below. If you have a skin condition, ask a dermatologist.

What comes with the kit?

The kit includes a soft exfoliating brush for weekly scalp care, a trimmer guide for longer regrowth, and a cleaning brush. Replacement heads are available at shaverproshop.com.

Shaving technique

How do I prepare my scalp before shaving?

Preparation has the biggest effect on irritation:

  • Take a warm shower for 3 to 5 minutes to open pores and soften hair.
  • Exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin that increases blade friction.
  • Use an alcohol-free shaving gel if your skin is sensitive.
Source

The American Academy of Dermatology recommends softening hair with warm water before shaving. See its shaving guidance.

What motion should I use?

Slow circular motions with no pressure. Start at the crown, work to the sides, and finish at the nape. The weight of the shaver is all the pressure you need.

Most common mistake

Pressing harder for a closer shave. It adds friction and irritation without making the shave closer.

How many passes over the same spot?

Two at most. Repeated passes over the same skin increase irritation. If you need more than two, the blades are probably worn or the regrowth is too long. Published research on electric shaving irritation (Rietzler et al., 2016) is listed in our sources.

Can I shave my head in the shower?

Yes, and it is a good method for sensitive skin. Warm water keeps hair soft and skin hydrated, which reduces friction. The XtremPro is rated IPX6, so shower use is fine. Many people shave by touch in the shower once they know their head’s contours.

How do I reach the back of my head without missing spots?
  • Use a hand mirror together with a wall mirror.
  • Tilt your head forward to stretch the skin at the nape, and use short upward strokes.
  • Finish with a hand check. Your fingers find patches your eyes miss.
What if I have not shaved in over a week?

If regrowth is longer than ¼ inch, use the trimmer guide from the kit to cut it down before shaving to the skin. Shaving long growth directly makes the blades work harder and increases irritation.

Rotary or foil shaver: which is better for the head?

Rotary shavers are generally the better choice. Floating rotary heads follow the curves of the skull, while foil shavers are designed for the flatter surfaces of the face and usually need more passes on a head. The XtremPro’s 8 heads are built to cover the head, crown and nape included, in 2 to 3 minutes. Read the full comparison.

How long does a full head shave take?

About 2 to 3 minutes once your routine is set. Under 90 seconds usually means missed spots. Over 5 minutes usually means too much regrowth or the wrong tool.

Razor burn, bumps and irritation

Why do I always get razor burn?

Four causes account for most cases, and they often occur together:

  • dry, unprepared skin;
  • too much pressure;
  • dull blades that tug instead of cut;
  • too many passes over the same area.

The Cleveland Clinic lists dry shaving, pressure and dull blades among the common causes of razor burn. See its razor burn guide.

How do I prevent ingrown hairs on a shaved head?
  • Exfoliate once a week to keep follicles clear.
  • Shave after a warm shower, with circular motions and no pressure.
  • Moisturize with an alcohol-free product within 2 to 3 minutes of shaving.
  • Replace blades every 6 months and keep them clean.

Dirty blades can contribute to infected follicles (folliculitis), which look like red bumps. The Mayo Clinic explains ingrown hair causes and prevention.

Is redness after shaving normal?

Light redness for 5 to 10 minutes is normal. Redness that lasts more than 30 minutes, bumps, or lasting burning point to too much pressure or poor preparation. Rinse with cold water, then apply an alcohol-free soothing balm.

Can I shave my head with eczema or psoriasis?

Often yes, with adjustments: shave every 3 to 4 days at most, avoid fragranced gels, and use a rotary shaver with floating heads, which reduce friction. Ask your dermatologist, especially if you have frequent flare-ups.

Frequency and routine

How often should I shave my head?

Every 2 to 3 days gives consistently smooth results, because the hair stays short enough for a single clean pass. Waiting a week or more creates thick regrowth that needs more passes and causes more irritation.

Tip

Attach your shave to an existing habit, such as your morning shower. A regular routine is what keeps a head smooth.

Is it bad to shave my head every day?

Not if your technique and tools are right: no pressure, a moisturizer afterwards, and clean, sharp blades. The XtremPro is designed for frequent use. If your skin shows irritation, spread your shaves out.

Scalp health and skincare

Do I need sunscreen on a shaved head?

Yes. A shaved head has no hair to shield it from UV light, and skin cancer can develop on the scalp, where it can be harder to notice.

  • Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher on days you are outside.
  • Reapply every 2 hours during long periods outdoors.
  • A light, non-greasy facial sunscreen works well on the scalp.
Clouds do not stop UV

Up to 80% of UV rays can pass through clouds, so protection matters all year.

What aftershave should I use on my head?

An alcohol-free aftershave balm or pure aloe vera gel, applied within 2 to 3 minutes of shaving after a cold water rinse. The Cleveland Clinic recommends fragrance-free products for sensitive skin. Avoid alcohol-based products, which dry the skin.

How do I moisturize a shaved head?

Apply a light, alcohol-free moisturizer every morning, including days you do not shave. Hydrated skin needs less pressure and fewer passes, and the benefit builds over time.

Why and how should I exfoliate my scalp?

Weekly exfoliation removes dead skin cells that clog follicles and add friction under the blades, which lowers the risk of ingrown hairs. Use the soft brush from the kit once a week before your shower. Never exfoliate freshly shaved or irritated skin.

Cleaning and blade replacement

How do I clean my head shaver?
  • After every shave: rinse the head under warm running water for 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Weekly: detach the head and brush out buildup with the cleaning brush.
  • Monthly: after rinsing, put a drop of isopropyl alcohol on the blades.

Do not submerge the shaver. Check your user manual if you are unsure about a cleaning product.

When should I replace the blades?

Every 6 months. Replace them sooner if:

  • the shaver tugs instead of cutting cleanly;
  • you need more passes than usual;
  • your skin is more irritated after shaving.

A drop of electric shaver oil each month helps keep blades smooth. Replacement heads are available at shaverproshop.com.
