Refund Policy

1. Return Period and “Satisfaction Guarantee”

You have a 14-day return period from the date you receive your product.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused or, if used, in a perfectly clean and hygienic condition,

  • Be complete with all accessories and original packaging,

  • Show no signs of damage or misuse.

Any product not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded, even under the 14-day return period.


2. Defective Products and 12-Month Warranty

Any XtremPro razor showing a defect or malfunction after use is covered by a 12-month warranty, which includes:

  • Free repair,

  • Replacement with a new product,

  • Exchange.

Defective products do not qualify for a refund unless returned within the 14-day return period and in a resalable condition.


3. Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service at info@shaverproshop.com.

  • Send your item to:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Replacement products will be sent at our expense if the item is defective.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to report the defect or request a return.

  2. Provide proof of defect (photo or video) if applicable.

  3. Ship the product to the address above.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange, replacement, or refund as applicable.


5. Refunds

  • After inspection, we will notify you by email of our decision regarding your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.


6. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded, but exchanges are allowed for defective products.


7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

  • If the gift giver is identified, the refund will be issued to them, and they will be informed.


8. Legal Note for Advertising

  • “Satisfaction Guarantee” refers to this policy: 14-day returns for items complete, clean, and in resalable condition, with return shipping paid by the customer.

  • Products with defects or malfunctions are handled under the 12-month warranty, not as a refund.
