What This Rating Actually Means - IPX6 is an international standard (IEC 60529) that certifies a device withstands powerful water jets from every direction without damage. In practice, that means the XtremPro™ can be used and rinsed clean in the shower or under the faucet, including a direct blast of water, with zero risk to the internal electronics. That's a step up from basic "splash-resistant" (IPX4) — but it's not the same as full submersion protection (that would be IPX7), so don't dunk the shaver in a filled sink or bucket.
Stainless Steel Blades, Built to Last
The XtremPro™'s 8 blades are made from ultra-sharp stainless steel with a hardened aluminum coating that helps the head glide smoothly across skin and cuts down on friction-related heat. How to Clean and Maintain Your Electric Head Shaver

Use the included cleaning brush — Once a week, use the supplied cleaning brush to remove buildup from around the rotary shaving heads, blades, and rotating mechanisms. Follow the built-in cleaning reminder — The integrated LED indicator lets you know when cleaning and maintenance may be needed.
