THE SHAVERPRO SHOP is a US-based company. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

As a company based in the United States, our delivery times within the US are the fastest in our shipping network.

✓ Customs fees covered. For orders shipped to any of the following countries or regions, any customs fees and import duties are covered by THE SHAVERPRO SHOP. You only pay the price shown at checkout, with no surprise fees on delivery:

✗ Customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. For orders shipped to Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, etc.) and the rest of the world, any customs fees, import duties, or administrative charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included or controlled by THE SHAVERPRO SHOP.

Shipping risk & damaged packages
For our customers residing in the European Union, in accordance with Article 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with THE SHAVERPRO SHOP until the customer takes physical possession of the parcel. We apply this same standard of protection as a matter of company policy for customers everywhere, regardless of location.
